Is Dan Pompei watching the same games we’re watching? The Chargers are 18th in rushing yardage….does that translate to “run the ball well” for you? It doesn’t to me.
I’m damn happy to be at 8-4….but I see no offensive identity to this team. We have an incredible talent at QB….and a sub-par receiving unit. The staff wants to be a run first, bullying offense….but we’re not.
So yeah, I think Pompei is fulla crap.
I read that also. It is obvious to me that media members who attempt to provide full NFL coverage, rather than team-specific coverage, often have only surface level understanding of what they are writing about. This is an example where it shows, if you actually follow the Chargers.
