@buck-melanoma I said I wouldn’t complain after he took his pay cut, so I wont… but you know where I’ve stood since the Jax game.

@buck-melanoma I don’t know if anyone else has noticed this but I can think of at least three times in his career where Bosa has gotten hurt in the first series (often play) in a game with what is essentially a non or limited contact play.  And he is out for multiple games with a strain or tear.  Either he just does not have a body for the NFL or he has to feel perfect or nearly so to play.  I have always had the feeling unsubstantiated of course that he viewed football as a business to maximize pay and not for love of the game.  Really started when he held out after being drafted.  He is terrific when on the field but he only plays when his health is perfect so he does not jeopardize his long term earning potential.  It has worked for him but he strikes me as the opposite of a Khalil Mack who is always out there and clearly loves the game.  I feel the same way about ASJ-he sees it as a business first.  That is why he goes for picks and does not like to stick his head in there to make tackles.  Both sons of former players.  Just my opinion from observation.

@gbgh I don’t think you’re wrong in this assessment. And you’re right…..Khalil is in some very real ways the heart that this team has needed….an absolute lunch pail, get right down to the dirty work every day, put your money where your mouth is guy.

And Joey Bosa, for all the ability he does have? He’ll never have that. They could’ve let him walk in my opinion. I’ve already moved on.

@buck-melanoma  His male role with the Chargers girls as a lifter, but he could be in their injury list, too.

@buck-melanoma   🤣 🤣

I’m a big fan of Bosa when he’s on the field. When he is healthy, he’s top 10 on my list among pass rushers, unfortunately, he’s on the injury bench more than not. I feel for the guy, it has to be depressing for him. But he could be right again in few weeks to help this team make a run for the playoffs. The stretch against the Bengals, Ravens, Falcons, and Chiefs is one Bosa should be healthy and up to speed for to help this team claim a spot in the post season tournament.

@tui1hit I recognize his ability and I realize he took a pay cut to stay. It’s just hard to dismiss that one big ability he consistently misses…..availability.
