The Chargers roll into Nashville today riding high off their dominant win over the Vikings and looking to extend their midseason surge against a Titans team in disarray. Tennessee, now led by interim coach and former Bolts boss Mike McCoy, has gone full rebuild mode—trading key veterans and trying to stabilize rookie QB Cam Ward amid a messy transition. Los Angeles, meanwhile, is finding its stride under Joe Hortiz and Jim Harbaugh’s disciplined blueprint, with Greg Roman’s offense finally balancing a powerful ground attack behind Kimani Vidal and a tightening pass protection unit. Expect the Chargers to test the Titans’ depleted secondary early, then lean on their under-center run game to control the tempo. With playoff positioning starting to take shape, this is the kind of road game the new-look Bolts need to handle with authority.

Hey Buck, where you been? How’s the travel going? You get across the pond yet?

You never apologize for a W, but the fact that it was that close was a disgrace. Between the injuries and the same issues not improving with the OL in particular, this team isn’t going anywhere of significance this year. It will be lucky to get to 9 wins. They just make to many mistakes to play with the upper echelon teams, which is pretty much all we have left on the schedule.

Pretty tough win. They had plenty of opportunities/reasons to let this game get away from them but they didn’t. I can imagine a lot of former Chargers teams losing this one. Nice to see them buck that trend!

I know this hasn’t been the best game in the world, but could you imagine if we had this exact team and Tua at QB?

Go Houston!

Can you imagine what Herbert could do with a top-ten O-line?

I dream about that from time to time.

So what I can see it’s:
LT: Salyer
LG: Johnson
C: Bozeman
RG: Pipkins
RT: Sarrell

And as far as I can count, that leaves only Andre James as a bench player.

Whoops. Flip Pipkins and Sarrell.

They said ankle with a questionable return. But a dude on a cart rarely returns.

Yeah, I was just checking into it and it seems like it may be pretty catastrophic, needing surgery(s).

You really have to wonder what Herbert is thinking, facing 8 more games of being sacks and beaten up.

Who is the o-line right now? Pipkins, Salyer (?), Bozeman, Zion, and… Sarrell (?).

It’s a disgrace this game is tied with 5 min left in the half

Ok. A little positive rolling. On a 3rd & 16 against the worst team in the league, they got off the field. Baby steps.

Maybe they can give up a KO TD to cap off the cycle of ways to score not by the offense.

Don’t discount a fumble return TD. Or a run back on a blocked extra point. There are a number of ways to give this game away.

I can’t believe how tough Herbert is. He’s getting punished every play.

I’m sure Hortiz will find an answer on day 65 of free agency

They lose this game I’m officially out on them doing anything this year. They are just giving the game away. 14 points not even scored with the Titans offense. This has Giants 2.0 written all over it.

I didn’t know Bobby Hart’s name a few weeks ago, but now he’s indispensable. Hope he’s ok.

Good answer back drive. Offense looked crisp. Get the ball back to Herbert ASAP

I’d argue with that. Return coverage teams are meh-to-shitty.

As we just saw.

JFC. We can only hope the Chargers wake up sometime before the 4th qtr, This looks pretty bad.

That’s what happens when you shop at Dollar Tree. The rest of the league thought he was a C level FA which is why he lasted, but Hortiz thought he outsmarted everyone again.
