How Comp Picks Work
The NFL awards compensatory draft picks (Rounds 3–7) to teams that lose more valuable unrestricted free agents than they sign. Departing and incoming signings are paired by contract value — each incoming signing cancels one departing loss. The net survivors become picks in the following year's draft, capped at four per team.
Roster Needs to Watch
G Still need one more reliable starting guard
EDGE Team has starters, but one is in his mid-30's, and Odafe proved how another rotational, impactful edge can lift the room.
DE/IDL Pass rush specialist in the interior line would do wonders to help the edges.
ILB Perryman is older, Henley is in a contract year. Wax shows promise, but no one knows what we have in Colson yet.
TE Great blocking tight end with upside, great second year tight end. A proven vet starter could go a long way here.
