Great show guys!
Regarding Salyer/Sarell – Harbaugh actually said that they went in the game with the plan to give them both an opportunity to show their stuff, and were going to go with whoever looked the best. They determined it to be Salyer. I think it’s because of Salyer’s fill-in when Pipkins had to bounce to tackle. We pointed out that he kept messing up his assignment – shifting right when the rest of the line was shifting left – so I’m guessing they were frustrated from the mental mistakes of that game and wanted to make sure he learned from those mistakes. I haven’t dug into the tape to see just how well he did, but who knows – maybe we see more of him!
Jackie boy – we need to clip all your algorithm and stories like your Beast one this week and send them to Harbaugh… they all seem right up his alley 🤣
I’d like to see if I could get a sit down with Harbaugh where we just share stories and who can be more ludicrous with their analogies 😂
