I just wanted to share a SB Nation Article about how the passing game is way down and what the solution could be: link.
When reading this it sure feels like Harbaughs style of football and the roster he and Hortiz have put together is a very good answer to what is happening around the NFL right now. Are the Chargers really out ahead of the next big (offensive) evolution in the NFL? Sure would be nice to be ahead of the curve for once.
I think we'll know a lot more about this team's direction and how successful their M.O. is after Sunday.
Thanks for the USA Today article. Quite instructive. Yeah, it does seem we've lucked into the scheme that's the thing now with our coaching changes. And drafting OL in the 1st round in 3 out of 4 drafts now seems pretty prescient!
Let's all hope that our passing crisis this week isn't the result of Easton Stick having to play. 😟
